I am Lindsey

I am a registered nurse, holistic guide, mother, and lifelong student of resilience. My path has been shaped by deep transformation—experiences that have tested me, strengthened me, and taught me how to meet life with steadiness, courage, and self-trust.

I’ve navigated childhood trauma, pregnancy loss, major life transitions, and the ongoing work of building a life far from family while raising two children (and five dogs). These experiences didn’t break me—they refined me. They taught me how resilience is built: slowly, honestly, and through conscious choice. They also showed me how essential it is to have steady support when life feels uncertain.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked as a registered nurse, walking alongside people during some of the most vulnerable and intense moments of their lives. That experience shaped my ability to stay grounded under pressure, to listen deeply, and to support others without judgment or urgency. Coaching allows me to bring that same presence into a space focused on growth, clarity, and forward movement.

My work blends compassionate nursing wisdom with intuitive, holistic practices. I draw from tools such as breathwork, meditation, yoga, Reiki, astrology, and intuitive guidance—not to “fix,” but to help individuals recognize patterns, regulate stress, reclaim their voice, and strengthen their capacity to meet life fully. Resilience, to me, is not about pushing harder—it’s about becoming resourced, embodied, and self-led.

I believe resilience is something we build from the inside out. It’s learned through experience, supported through relationship, and strengthened through conscious action. Whether you’re navigating transition, stress, identity shifts, or simply feeling called toward a more grounded way of living, my role is to walk beside you—steady, present, and supportive—as you move forward.

Years ago, I chose to stop living by labels and expectations and begin living with intention. That decision continues to shape my life and my work. Now, it’s my honor to support others as they build resilience, trust themselves more deeply, and step into their next chapter with clarity and strength.
