"Your strength brought you here”

I Am Lindsey

I am a registered nurse, coach, mother, and someone who has started over more times than I can count. I’ve navigated childhood trauma, pregnancy loss, major life transitions, and the ongoing work of building a life far from family while raising two children (and five dogs). Those experiences didn’t break me. They taught me that resilience isn’t something you think your way into. You build it by taking the next step, especially when the next step scares you.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked as a registered nurse. Nursing taught me to stay grounded under pressure, figure out what matters most, make a plan and act. No endless deliberating, just the next right move. I bring that same energy to coaching: clear priorities, a real plan and steady forward movement.

I’m not here to hold your baggage or help you process the same story week after week. You tell me what’s going on once, then we build the structure and support you need to make the change. You take the steps. You report back. We adjust. I bring in tools to help you stay steady enough to act, and when you’re getting in your own way, I’ll lovingly call you out. I’ve been there too.

I work best with people who are ready. Ready to get out of their comfort zone, do the thing that scares them and actually change their life, not just talk about wanting to. You don’t have to be perfect. You have to be willing to try. And if something doesn’t work out, that’s not failure. It’s information, and we use it.

Years ago, I chose to stop living by labels and expectations and start living with intention. I still reinvent myself, and I don’t believe you have to pick just one path. My job is to help you take the first steps, build momentum and trust yourself to keep going. Let’s get you moving.
