The Sacred Table is my new monthly sisterhood circle. A soft, soulful space for women who are done pretending they're fine.

We gather live once a month virtually or in person, for guided ritual, sacred processing, and emotional recalibration — no pressure to be “on,” just permission to be.

Nervous system healing, sacred conversation, soul-aligned rituals, and a fire-lit container where your inner knowing gets louder.
