I’m a registered nurse and holistic guide with over 20 years of experience supporting people through life’s most vulnerable and transformative moments. My work has walked alongside individuals through real life, physical challenges, emotional awakening, and deep transitions.

I blend compassionate nursing wisdom with intuitive, holistic practices to help you see your patterns, reclaim your voice, and step into your next right way of living.
